Hosted by The British Columbia Association for Living Mindfully (BCalm), The BCalm Mindfulness Conference 2023 took place on November 9 -10, 2023 in beautiful Victoria, British Columbia, Canada.

Through this conference, we set out to answer the following questions:

  • What is a mindful workplace?
  • How can a person become a mindful leader?
  • Why is mindfulness in the workplace essential right now?

The keynotes and workshops explored how mindful leadership can reshape workplaces and create psychologically safe and caring cultures where people and organizations can thrive.
